| The
Applicant accepts these conditions on behalf of all the members of the
Villa party.
Only persons named on the booking form are entitled to use the property.
Check-in/Check-out
The property is available from 5 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be
vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of your departure (it may be possible to
change these times but you must request this prior to the commencement
of your holiday).
Your responsibilities
The party must treat the property, it's furniture, fittings, utensils
and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported
immediately to our local representative.
The applicant must make good or pay for any loss, damage or breakage.
The security bond
The Guest is solely responsible for any damages of breakages that may
be caused to the property or to its contents and also for any loss of
items in the inventory during their stay. Therefore a £250.00 refundable
security bond payable with the final balance, will be held against such
a eventuality. The villa is inspected both before and at the end of each
occupation and upon confirmation that all is in order, this deposit will
be refunded in full. Since it is not possible to check the accommodation
before departure, the security bond will be reimbursed as soon as possible
after the Guest returned. Charges for damages / losses or any maintenance
/ repairs to the villa, equipment, amenities or fixtures necessitated
by misuse will be at the discretion of Orange County Villas and will be
deducted from the Security Bond. In the event of any damage / loss which
is assessed to be in excess of the Security Bond, the Guest will be held
responsible for full reimbursement of the outstanding amount within fourteen
days, it is important that the property be left clean and tidy at the
end of the rental period.
Safety
Children must be supervised by an Adult in the pool area.
Glass and breakable crockery must not be taken into the pool or surrounding
patio area.
Cleaning
The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after you have
departed. Although the property will be cleaned after your departure it
must still be left in an orderly state and all kitchen utensils should
be washed.
Problems
Any complaints related to the accommodation must be made to sundreamvillas
within 24 hours of any problem arising, who will endeavour to put things
right. Unless there is a valid reason, we will not be liable for any complaint
that was not initially registered with sundreamvillas during your stay.
The Applicant is hereby made aware that there may be other homes under
construction in the area. We will not accept liability for complaints
arising from construction.
The owner, Management Company or their agent will not be liable for any
loss or delay caused by conditions over which they have no control.
The owner, Management Company or their agent will not be liable for any
loss due to noise or disturbance from anywhere within the vicinity of
the rental property.
Climate
The Applicant is hereby made aware that Florida is a tropical climate
and it is the home of many insects etc. All homes are treated on a regular
basis to repel such unwanted visitors but inevitably they occasionally
will find their way inside properties from time to time. They are best
eradicated by spraying with an appropriate product.
Booking Cancellation
Full payment is required 10 weeks before departure. The Applicant must
notify any additions or alterations to the booking form in writing. Applicants
cancelling a booking up to 10 weeks before departure will lose their deposit.
Applicants cancelling a booking less than 10 weeks before departure will
be liable for the total cost of their booking. It is your responsibility
to ensure that you and those for whom you are booking are in possession
of valid passports and any appropriate visa. British passports must be
valid for 6 months after your departure from the USA. Applicants are strongly
advised to take out adequate holiday insurance to cover cancellation,
accident/illness or damage. Your contract with us is made on the terms
of this Agreement under English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the English courts.
LIABILITY
Although every effort is made to ensure that the villa is in perfect order
for your holiday, we cannot accept liability for any third party claim,
accident, damage or loss to you or your property or for any expenses however
incurred.
It is essential that you take out your own holiday insurance and medical
insurance
